A quite gloriously strange anthem, where the combination of stirring, yearning melody and vivid, poetic imagery manage a trick very particular to the art of the song: to be at once completely impenetrable and yet resonant with personal meaning. You want to raise your voice and sing along, yet Bowie’s abstract cut-up lyrics force you to invest the song with something of yourself just to make sense...

What is the future for cities? Are they expanding at an ever-increasing rate or are they being abandoned and shrinking into oblivion? Are cities polluted, overcrowded and anonymous, or are they dynamic centres of innovation and culture? Are they sociable or anti-social? Well, it depends who you read because each description reflects the confusion about the state of the world’s cities. Anxieties...
Nouvelle Vague are coming to Montreal!? Woah woah woah! The group is supporting their new album “3”, which features collaborations with Depeche Mode’s Martin Gore, Ian McCulloch of Echo and The Bunnymen and more
“The original concept of Nouvelle Vague was to use young girl singers who don’t know the meaning of punk and post-punk music,” says Marc Collin, in whose Paris studio the...

Unmade bed
Ruff morning! 2 hours of sleep but at least my homework is finish. Hourra! Not feeling it today, just want to crawl back under the covers, sink in a colorful dream, hide and wait, wake up at 3p. That would be wonderful!
Igloo Igloo Igloo
Weekend of ultra violence again! Starting with the first Igloofest of the year on thursday! Very nice line up and cant wait to experience David Carretta’s crazy dynamite lazer beats. My first time seeing him live and was told that its everything you can expect from this eccentric French dj.
Let’s not forget Jesse Rose who is attributed with having kick started the ”fidget...
Iberê Camargo Foundation in Porto Alegre, Brazil |...
The new building for the Ibere Camargo Foundation in Porto Alegre, Brazil designed by Portugal´s Alvaro Siza, is a big rectangular white concrete structure. It has a big central space enclose by circulations and exhibition spaces. Some of this circulations separate from the main body as arms going out through the facade.
I´ve always loved the big white orthogonal Siza buildings, and i think...
Sweet debacle
The memory is something mysterious sometimes. Where is everything going? The last 48 hours are blurry enough to me. These memories of what has happen can only live through my friends but for me they are none existant…does it mean they have really happen? If I cant recollect them they are not really real.
I will do a reenactment from what I can remember.

Tu...
Don't jump!
I am a big fan of modern Japanese architecture, they still bring a lot of poetry to the architecture, which is lacking nowadays.
KA Architects bring elegant simplicity to each of there design. But for the project ”Drop off” the client was the one with a hint of morbid humor.
If the vertigo inducing angles, edges and man made cliffs of this house are not enough to drive you mad,...
Where is my mind?
Its 5:40am I cant fall asleep arghhhh!
In 2 days school will be starting and I have this weird sleep schedule that is not helping at all. All of this because to much is going on in my head.
I have all these ideas, this creative burst going on and than there is a layer of problem added to this with a mix of questions that are not answered. I have a tendency of doing things on the spot...

Uffie Uffie Uffie! Beautiful Uffie!
I got to see Uffie at the Coda club in 2008, what a performance, all you would expect from this American-born, Hong Kong-raised, Paris-based rapper. The line up was also amazing because I got to discover Steve Aoki!

This will probably be my next little baby. The Golden Half camera shoots 35 mm and splits the frame right down the middle so you actually get to shoot 75 mm photos on a roll of 36. I have heard it takes quite good pictures so I’ll get I’ll get I’ll get…and see :)
